Wynncraft Resourcepack!

So its a thing wynncrafts resourcepack... Well i love that they added somethin like that! But im also worried a little... Look who doesnt love to modify resourcepacks?! Well i do and i think there should be a option that would /toggle resourcepack so when u join the server it wont automatically enable the resourcepack so u can use ur own edited version! Why would you do this? Well because of fps lag and what people may like/not like!
Also 3D models in 1.9 are more offset so wynn will have to redo their resourcepack for 1.9 xd

 

we will take care of 1.9 when we get there. resource packs shouldn't make so much lag.

You know the resourcepack is mandatory, right?

 

As much as it pains me that I can't use my own textures in the game anymore, it's true.
The resource pack is in fact mandatory in order to play Wynncraft.
That may sound like a turn off, but in reality, the official resource pack is actually really good.
Of course, right?
If they're going to make this pack required in order to even play the game, then it has to be.

Well it is possible to turn off server resourcepacks but will wynn allow that?

 

It's likely that plugins will be used to keep the pack on at all times.
Besides, even if it was possible to be disabled, a lot of things would look different (because of how 3D models work).

 

This is already a feature in normal Minecraft.

Hit "Multiplayer" and select a server. Then, hit the "Edit" button and toggle "Server Resource Packs"

 

Such as me :3 screw lag

 

I mean that you have to have the resourcepack allowed.

 

Well crearly you arent resourcepack editors you can cope wynns resourcepack edit it for your needs and play with a imprived version
