Not true. Perhaps the MVPs and VIPs don't get direct advantages by buying the packets, but they do get rather large advantages over non-donors in the long run. And being at Troms when you're level 10 is useless. By the time Troms/the jungle is useful, you're high enough levelled to go there anyways.

Wrong. Hypixel very much breaks the EULA, and they're one of, if not the, biggest servers.

You're forgetting that Mojang doesn't enforce the EULA.

 

Please give statements in how Hypixel breaks the EULA. Also, it states what kind of person you are if you literally agree to a contract just to break it.

 

Big example: Quakecraft. Non-donors only have access to one gun, the very worst. VIPs have access to most, and MVP has access to the best.

The point is you said only small servers were capable of getting away with breaking the EULA.
