1.9 Transparant Skins.

Hello i just saw the new snapshot 15w47a. It allows you to have a transparant second layer. Maybe it would be cool to add for the gavel new endgame armor that is transparant?

wynn isnt even fully 1.8 yet and 1.9 doesnt have a stable version out. lets wait for wynn to update to 1.8 before we start thinking about 1.9.

 

It kind of already is. Armor skins are made using first layers only- Second-layer transparency just means that if you have a skin that looks like a ghoul or something and therefore has no visible legs, Minecraft won´t automatically turn the empty pixels gray. So this really doesn´t change anything about armor skins at all.

 

I think he means tinted transparency, like glass

 

Grian says that wynncraft will be completly 1.8 compatible so HYPE for progress!!
