Horses Shouldn't Be Able To Breed To A Tier Lower

While I do admit this adds a nice layer of depth to horse breeding, losing something like a chestnut horse due to being unlucky feels terrible, and no game should give you that feeling. Of course, this would require drastic reduction in getting a higher tier (or at least with black and chestnut horses), but I truly think the mechanic of getting a LOWER tiered horse through breeding should be removed.

EDIT: It seems most people want to keep it due to the thrill of gambling, so why not just replace it with an actual in-game casino?

listen, the fun in horse breeding is the chance you lose something..
you could just go and buy from someone and give him your current horse..(that's what i did with my chestnut...)
removing it would be stupid and when you say they will need to take the upgrade chance lower then it is now it will take really alot to get just chestnut...(me for example wasted already more then 6LE just to get the chestnut and i didnt get a lower horse even once.. i think its good like it is now...)

 

We actually don't need this. What we REALLY need is for brown horses to have a higher chance to get black.

 

Frankly, it's kinda supposed to be gambling. If you miss a chestnut horse, you shouldn't feel bad about it because you knew all along that it could happen. This suggestion getting accepted means that it takes half the fun out of it.

Huh, I wonder why Casinos are still up today, despite the grand rewards, only to be lost to luck. The thrill is the risk. You willingly accepted the risk, and poured tons of emeralds into hoping to get that white stallion. Games should give you these feelings, and they should subside because you have... "DETERMINATION."

While it's a nice reassuring suggestion to make, this would make breeding easy enough that anybody could do it. This also makes it extremely cheap to get a white horse and removes the fun of gambling for a better horse tier. Since the horses can't breed to a lower tier most people would be able to get a white horse with around 3 LE. This is a nice suggestion but I think it should just be changed to allow players to purchase a higher tier horse for double the price of tier beneath it.
Example: Brown Horse: 24EB, Black Horse: 48EB, Chestnut Horse: 1LE and 32EB, White Horse: 3LE.7
The example shows the cheapest model of getting a white horse if you were to breed but it's a better suggestion than a near 100% chance of getting white horse so easily.

 

I am 110% sure that he doesn't. Minecraft is not a company, it is a game. The company is called Mojang, which is no longer an independent company anyways and is now owned by Microsoft. Mojang employees do not have the power to "ban" an account from the game- The game does not work like a server and an account can only be terminated through executive decision. Even if you were somehow connected with Mojang and had the power to terminate an account, this server would be inactive and you would not be able to play on it anymore. Plus, Grian, Salted and Jumla would then lose their primary source of money and would have to find a job. Did you actually realize that the admins have lives and this is theirs? Removing their account would make them poor and they would not have a source of income.

It does not seem logical for an employee to have the power to terminate an account without some sort of permission. If it worked that way then Mojang employees would have the attitudes of ourselves and accounts would be getting deleted left and right as some sort of feudal war. I do also know that the developer's money comes off of Wynncraft and Wynncraft alone from the shop info. And, uh, the server would be inactive because the creator's account wouldn't exist.

So you're saying you enjoy it purely because you're lucky?

And btw, if the dev team does the math correctly, the lower chance will be aproxomately equally as difficult to get a higher tier horse as it is atm.

That's why I said a near 100% chance, because the RNG will probably give you a higher tier horse 9 times out of 10

 

you dont go to casinos for making money, you got there willingly to lose money but have fun...

 

Your point is? The same with Horses. You know there's a chance that it won't breed. Yet you do it anyway.

 

ITs different though, You dont breeed horses for fun, you breed them for an outcome. Your chances are SO LOW in a casino that its nigh impossible for you to make money, and if you start doing so and you become good at it, you get kicked out
