World A Quest To Unlock Gavel When It's Released

My suggestion for today is exactly what the title says; a quest to unlock Gavel when it comes out. I remember that when you finish King's Recruit it says you unlocked access to the province of Wynn. I think (Unless you are already doing this) that there should be a new level 40 quest that when completed will unlock Gavel for you. That will also make it so every new player won't go run in there and get stuck because they will keep respawning in a Gavel town and lose all of their stuff. It would also be cool because the player will have worked atleast some to unlock it even if they are already level 75. Tell me what you guys think of this and if you would be ok with having to do a quest before getting to Gavel.

I think maybe you have to talk to someone outside the gavel gate, then run into Llevigar and there's 1 house you can enter, and then you talk to an NPC there and you get access to gavel?

Ehh probably, it would help, if noobs get stuck in Gavel and cant get out

 

That reminds me when I was stuck in Almuj when I first played a year ago.

 

I don't think we should have one as it would delay Gavel even more, and they probably already have their own method of letting players into Gavel. I don't think a quest is necessary.

2. If they weren't doing this already, they would have their reasons
3. If they did have the idea, a quest would already be there.

I created an image of all locations with NPCs you should talk to.
(+ recommended Route)
It will make sure no one gets into Gavel too early.

I just hope there is one so I can feel I accomplished something. It is supposed to be a whole new province. I think it would be weird if you could just go run over to it from the get go as if it was just another part of Wynn like running to Troms and at a low level. Plus I would rather not see a bunch of lowbies making a lot of posts complaing they are stuck in Gavel because they just joined the server after hearing about Gavel.
