World More Mob Variety

Someone has already said this, but I want to go into detail.
Mobs in Wynn aren't too complex, like almost the entire deltas area is dead deltas people...

For example:
In a farm area:

Mob: Angry Cow, 40 hp , 40 dam
Mob: Farmer, 100 HP, Projectile: wheat ( 50 dam) , heal 50, mob : villager
Boss: Pest , 2000HP, charge spell, heal 500, 60 dam, mob: silverfish
Mob: Invading Bat: 90 HP, throws ghast tears (1-90) dam, mob: bat
Mob: Rotten Crop: item (poisonous potato), 50 HP, 30 dam

So grinding would be harder, since there aren't just one type of mob with no abilities. Here, you would have to fight all of the mobs and some throw projectiles: so you can not just kill them without any effort.

 

gavel is going to add a huge variety of mobs, for example in an rc camp there will be warriors, shamans, healers and slingers.

 

The whole point of grinding is to be easy kills to level up. More difficultly also takes away from Wynncrafts feel of "all can play," which caused some bad things for lower leveled people.

Wynn also has very different monsters. If you find the atmosphere an issue, just take some time to go through every biome and appreciate it all. I can assure you, flavor is not lacking.

 

The only thing i would like is more rare mobs

Like @YunoFuckingGasai said, Gavel will have a lot of new mobs which will be more unique. Once Gavel is released I think and hope that the content team will work on improving the mobs in the wynn provice.

 

Farmers already exist, the pest is a disease and the bat isn't invading. Also, a crop =/= a potato, the pest can't charge, and why are the bats like Isaac all of a sudden?
Basically, the mobs don't really make sense.

 

If these mobs get added, grinding would become harder, making it hard for low level players.

 

On the other hand, it would also be far more interesting to grind, which is in my opinion more important cause grinding rn is boring af.

 

grinding isnt really supposed to be fun. :P it is grinding after all, its a mindless boring task in all respects, hence why they are attempting to make less of a gap between quest on higher levels
