    Hi.
I'll get straight to the point.
as some of you know horse prices are extremely cheap compared to their breeding cost.
what I suggest is a tweak in the chances of breeding a white horse (the other horses prices are close enough to the breeding cost).
I suggest to make it like this:
    (chestnut breeding)
    33% to get a white
    50% to get a black
    17% to get a chestnut

this reduces a white horses cost to around 80le (still way over the market price but 40le under average breeding chances)

No. 17% to get a white not a chestnut.

that's lowering the chances and increasing the average breeding price

I thought that your were trying to make it more balanced.Since Whites are made to be powerful like a High-End gaming computer.Pricey but worth it.

curenttly white horses are sold for about half of their breeding cost.
the price wont go up as its not worth it to breed a white horse.

In my opinion, horse prices are perfect how they are. Eventually, when people "run out" of cheap white horses, prices will go up along with it. White horses are supposed to be end game. The point about endgame things is that it is supposed to be hard to get. If anything, it should be harder(not that i think so, but if it HAD to be) to get whites because a white horse is like a trophy. If things became more and more easy to get then you wouldnt be as happy about it in the end either(trust me)

well atm white horses are really pricey and they should cost double.
the horse market will need change for a price change to happen (either a horse tweak or more players breeding their own horses).

Then one of the horses main jobs would be gone. Horses were made to drain the ecomony and so they should keep doing it

Well actually if this suggestion will get implemented horse prices would go up. (As they should)
