You can do /fixquests to get lost quest items back. I have no clue what to do about your entire bank inventory disappearing, though.

  Unless it was only some sort of front-end fuckery and the back end of how the bank works just wasn't queried properly/displayed properly, etc. you cannot recover items you lost, CT has a policy against it

  Unless. It is a six year old account, and I don't know how frequently you play, however it might be character vs account storage. If you don't know what I'm talking about, then you might be in character and need to switch back to account?

  note that a regular filling meal at a low-end restaurant is like 12-15 and it's up to 25-30 if you go to something quality. not in my life that 50 euro all you can eat is going to be worth it
