You do in fact meet Rex's brother very early in your adventure! He's the sailor Caid. As for Zhiroak, I had thought they fixed the vanish bug. Be lucky he wasn't stuck in a corner with 90% resistance for the WHOLE fight.

Too much development near me to see the Milky Way. I can see some stars (like Orion, or at least his belt is visible at some point), but not much more

i can see plenty stars, even pick out a couple of the constellations i know pretty well if i go a little out of town, but never anything close to the bright smear of the milky way

Isn't there something with the human body where like you're more healthy when you wake up with the sun or something and that's why people on the side of their time zone closer to Greenwich are healthier and daylight saving time is bad?

daylight saving time is bad because it's built for construction workers & farmers and no one else. however if the sun is actively attempting to boil me i wouldn't mind switching to darkness
