No, sorry. My price is 13 eb; the thread (https://forums.wynncraft.com/thread...d-high-level-legendaries.172356/#post-1986077) that you just saw selling it for 10 eb is most likely a sham trying to get views.

Good luck trying to get a legendary Waves Raiser for 8 eb despite it not being the best of legendaries. I recommend either raising your price or finding someone incredibly generous.
