So I recently got a bit into Illustrator too and this is an experiment.


Opinions?

Spoiler: It's not just a colored brush

this is pretty easy to make to be fair

 

Not if you opened Illustrator for the first time :)

 

i went on a website called khan accademy once to start to learn how to program and the first things they teach you is how to make drawings with code so like 1 day in and im already making a brush that changes colours as you move it (really easy stuff the thing gi8ves a lot of guides) i got nearly the exact same effect as you got here the only diffrencce is that you have better looking colours

 

This isn't a color changing brush though. This is how it looks when I decreased the amount of blend steps...

WHOA, does that look awesome. You can also kinda see the slinky effect on the first picture.
