    I wanted to collect powders for my mage when the powders work again, and I got every powder besides yellow and white, and I want to know what they do, to decide if it's worth it to get the tier 6 yellow and white powders. Anyone who can answer will be appreciated, thank you!

    They're all elementally aligned based on their color.
    Thus, Yellow Powder has to do with Thunder, and
    White Powder has to do with Air.

    Apart from the above, you can't yet collect those powders, so no point in trying anyways.
