    It pretty much means that the requirement for xp to level up skyrocketed on high levels

    Edit: level 93 is halfway from 1 to 100 so quests' xp was adjusted accordingly

    This also means that low level xp grows by a smaller portion than higher levels.

    it means that the quest and mob xp has been changed but the change isn't the same for all levels.
    the lower levels received a smaller boost that is almost unobservablewhile the higher leveled quests and mobs received a bigger boost.
