Xp And Loot Bonus On Amour

I was thinking whats the best amour for Xp bonus and loot Bonus,
I only know:
- Bob's Battle chestplate gives 30 Xp Bonus average (if i am right)
- Bad wolf boots give 30 Xp Bonus average (if i am right)

My question is

Whats the best Amour for Xp bonus? , Whats the best Amour for loot Bonus? And is there a good set of amour for both?

Not only on lvl based but best all around

 

Bob's Battle Chestplate has 25% xp bonus average, Bad Wolf has 33% average, which is the highest for any armour in the game. Frosted Leggings and Blue Mask are the best leggings and helmet for xp bonus. For loot, I think end-game is your best bet, not sure on that though.

 

Thanks for your awnser Acer , So For xp Bonus you need Bob's battle chestplate and Bad wolf and Frosted leggings but is there not a lower lvl helmet because when i had bleumask i almost did not needed it (i was lvl 75 when i got it).
