Wynntils Less Lag

Any specific setting to disable/enable in wynntils to make it less laggy?

Notes:
I use optifine too, with pretty much lowest settings. Gameplay is manageable, but I was hoping to just make it a little less laggy.
Also, I’m only going to be using it for loot running, so I only really need features relating to that (so like ID %’s and possible items from an unided box, and loot run paths)
