SPOILER Wynntheory: Dern And Space.

First of all, I want to give credit where credit is due. @Kraby helped me with this theory because we were both talking about this at the time. Anyway, let me explain. Kraby and I were talking about the quest ???

(Before you say it's bannable, no, stop it, it's not, we both finished the quest. I have confirmation from Blahblah161616 that we are allowed to talk about the quest with others as long as every person in the party has finished it.)

Anyway, we were trying to come up with different theories for the quest and why things are the way they are.

I won't give a lot of detail on that because as we know, it's forbidden to talk about. But long story short, we started talking about stuff and from there it led us to a theory.

Please note: Before you go off screaming "OMG TOO MUCH INFORMATION BANNED" in the comments, i did my best to edit out and cover the important things that we aren't allowed to talk about. The things you see in the screenshots actually visible to you are things that we both thought was okay to share since none of it is directly related to you know what.

TL:DR
Realms are planets. The entrance to them is a worm hole.
Dern is most likely a realm. Dern is a planet.











If you still need more of an explanation as we jumped to the TL:DR Conclusion. Scientists were studying space, while scientist brothers were doing the same, and used their research to help with dern evidence.

Uhm...
I don't think this is really understandable. At all.
I mean, it could make some sense if you had completed ???, but still, you could make a lot more improvements.
Theories about forbidden-to-talk-about quests are usually half-fleshed and don't have any logical connections, and when some hints on how to complete the quest pop up, a mod quickly removes the thread.
That is, by far, the biggest problem with this quest, is that it's so important to the lore and yet nobody is allowed to talk about it on a big scale.

 

That's the point. You have to do ??? before reading this so i don't get banned for flat out giving out answers. People who haven't done the quest wont have any context of what i'm saying, which really is good for the sake of all of us. But trust me, it all makes sense if you've done the quest

well that had a lot to do with forbidden things, i just left in the important things such as the space terminology. The space terms were used for understanding the next screenshot

basically space is 100% a thing in wynncraft , so are meteors and other planets
so if space exists that means the magic doesnt have to be magic it can be advanced science shit
and you can also connect the dots and see that it would make so much sense if other realms are planets because if not that means that the realm of light we all know has its own universe with its own meteors but that would mean the realm of light is like earth in that other universe which would make 0 sense , meaning it has to be in the same universe as wynn
i am just over explaining it probably but it would make so much sense

if they are different planets connected via portals how does the light darkness and corruption fit in the picture.

 

darkness light and corruption are still possible just as they used to be i dont really understand how it doesnt fit with my theory
if you mean how the corruption for example spreads from the other planet to wynn , well thats through the warm hole
another thing is that the sky in diffrent realms is diffrent because of their location in space

 

I mean they dont fit as in what are they, sure you can dismiss everything with advanced science mambo jambo and claim wynn is in the matrix but a battle between darkness and light with corruption as an output doesn't make sense.

 

I mean, Wynn Ex site D plainly states that when Light and Dark clash, corruption is the result. It's possible that all planets are connected with portals everywhere, and the world that the corruption is a War World between the 2 forces, with Wynn/Gavel/Fruma located somewhere else.

And the Light>War World and Dark>War World are simply locked down at all times, while the Wynnic world didn't even know of it's portal's existence so the Corruption leaked from the War World.

 

Its just like what kwaby said, they all interact and deal with eachother through wormhole. This would be a lot easier to explain if i was allowed to talk about the quest but im not so my best alternative is just to use the nether as an example. So once you go to the nether (not the pvp nether the one south of detlas) BOOM immediate change, literally in half a second the sky changes from either bright not too bright or dark to VERY dark, Also, once you get down to the end of the nether theres a portal, in this case a "worm hole" to another realm which we theorize is a planet. Portal, sky changes, completely new world in the portal, what do you expect?

what is light and what is darkness? its all about your opinion
both species are "aliens" some of them might be peaceful and wanna protect the world of wynn from the "dark" side which is made out of aliens who wanna take over planets
corruption can simply be a world that was infected in a sickness in any way , mybe a virus or a cure to one that has gone wrong and made a zombie apocalypce that passed to wynn when the worm hole was discovered
