To test the future Hero of Wynn, Nilrem would create a visage from the memories of his dear friend as the final challenge. While not as powerful as the original, it will serve its purpose but as time goes by memories of his beloved friend start fading as the old Nilrem age. Still hangs onto the best moments he still cherishes.


Nilrem was the first among his people to contact the people in the province that he would know as Wynn. Just like any of his people, he would find opportunities to exploit the desperation of the people of the wartorn world by giving them magical knowledge for them to use to fight against the horror of war. He would easily become rich with emeralds as he taught the people more.

One faithful day, no matter the amount of riches he has could have protected him from what was to come. The undead would attack his caravan and are about to end him. The hero of Wynn would come to his aid and save him from certain death with no expectation of reward. Confused by this incompressible heroism, Nilrem befriended the hero and was changed by him. Now no longer teaches the people of Wynn for profit, he teaches it for them to thrive in the harshness that life puts them in.

After spending more time in the Wynn province, he would come upon a series of letters sent by his dear friend. He would long to forget its contents but for the sake of his friend, he did everything the letter told him to do. Fake the body and create a tomb to bury it, making his sacrifice unknown to the world. He would continue to help the people of Wynn province until he finally retired in Nessak where he watched over the would-be hero in doing the trials that he set up for the future Hero of Wynn as he still reminisces about the time he spent with his friend, Bob.


What would be known as the False Death was one of the great scholars who studied a way to bring true death to the wartorn province in the deep part of Nessak taiga. Upon interacting with the recently discovered crystal, she felt her entire being ripped from her. Stuck as an empty shell, she would go mad and believe to has a revelation of herself being the avatar of death. She would go on to massacre her fellow scholars, leaving only one, and remain at the top of the tower along with the crystal that is responsible for her hollowness.

Massive feline creatures that make caves in the mesa its home. They are well known for their great speed and their constant howling to mark their territory. They prove to be quite a predator that stalk the canyon and brave bandits would seek to tame the beast to use them as mount or companion.

Spoiler: Ocs stuff

Born to human mother and villager father, Helfen would live with his family under judge of villager society for his parents' mix race relationship. His mother was a Ragni soldier who would be recall back to her home province, forcing her to leave her husband and son in Gavel. Without mother's protection, Helfen and his father would be under pressure of the people of Llevigar into leaving the city as outcast. They would end up in Geliboard, one of the city within the decayed area. During their time in Geliboard, his father would encourage him to work for House of Talor to gain good reputation from the people but it never enough for people to view him without judgement for his mixed nature. However, his time working for the church and teaching of his father would prove to be useful as it allow him to gather skills to survive in the decaying land to fetch for himself. One day, his father would fallen ill and with no medication available to keep him alive any longer. Finally seeing his son seemingly capable of braving the harshness of Wynn province for better future, he tell his son to leave Gavel to his mother's home province before he finally succumb to his illness. Fulfilling his father's wish and determined to reunite with his mother, he would leave Gavel and enter Wynn province to start a new life where he would wander the province.
