Wynnexcavation Site A

Hello, I'm doing the quest "Wynnexcavation Site A", but there is a bug. When I kill the boss and I try to enter in the black portal it says me "You feel you need to complete something first". The problem is that I've killed the boss 8 times and it drops me the yellow crystal but I can't enter in the portal and I'm stuck in there.

I tried to contact 2 Mod to help me but they didn't care about me for 30 minutes. They continued chatting among eachother and with other players. The last time I tried to contact them, one of them told me "I'm too aeronomic" and he quit. What a good Mods you have. So Proud of being helped.

 

1) it isn't the mods job to help you with quests.
2) Dakota didn't call you aeronomic, he called himself that.
3) ask other people in the community, don't rely only on mods.

now, what does your quesbook say?

Yes, he should help me, because he could find a solution to help me or just say something insteaf of ignoring me.
I asked other people in the community and I had no answer. Shut up please if you don't know.

Anyway, THANKS TO ME I did the quest, dropping the 8 crystals and retrying to enter the portal. I do not know how I did it but I did it, and I'm glad I did it because no one would have solved this bug.

(And sorry for my bad English.. xD )

 

Well if you were able to solve it, then it probably wasn't a bug. Just a glitch.
