Wynndata Not Enough Skill Points?

    Started with this build:

    Thought I could improve it so I swapped the ring for a crafted one, leaving me with this build:

    It now says that there aren't enough skill points. Is this because at the lower end of the possible identifications for the ring do not fit even though the higher end does? If so then why??? The entire rest of wynndata goes off of the max stats.
