Wynncraft Support not Responding

I am sending this question out to the wider community, I have emailed Wynncraft support multiple times about a week ago, to no response, this is about a previously discussed issue, however, I figured they'd at least respond back telling me there's no further discussion, right? I was wondering if anybody knows a better way to get ahold of the support team other than, just, spamming them with emails, or better yet, get ahold of someone who can help this issue along faster. For reference, this is an issue involving a chargeback that was settled, though ultimately not in Wynncraft's favor, leading to my account being banned

 

Have you tried contacting Via discord? also maybe wait a bit longer as per they might just be busy.
