Wynncraft PVP questions

Does Hunted mode have a tight-knit web of sweats (Like blitz SG) or no? (In addition, do I have to face OP crafted builds most of the time?)
Is it actually fun or random chaos button mashing and hoping to spell spam them to death?

Can any hunted player fight any hunted/hunter player anytime outside of a safezone?

 

There are level limits iirc so if someone is x levels about you or below you you can't pvp, but in reality the odds of seeing someone else in hunted isn't super high. Most people who use it are just doing professions or hunting the aforementioned proffers.

In practice though it's a horribly unbalanced mess where you're likely to be oneshot no matter what. Because untraceable items and mythics don't drop on death, it's pretty easy to just set up a risk-free oneshot build to murder proffers, and anyone else just playing hunted casually (insofar as one can) without a similar build.
