Wynncraft Issue - Lag, freeze and crash

Please help a fellow adventurer out !

Recently, I had some pretty annoying issues while playing Wynncraft. As you can tell by the title, they include game lag, freeze and sometimes even game crash.

I've tried to look into it, and it doesn't seem to be server-sided, as I played in vanilla 1.20.2 and 1.20.4 on Wynncraft and everything was fine. I do not believe either it is my wifi, as I play on Hypixel and on a private server with friends and everything works fine.

The issues started to appear when I downloaded my Wynncraft mods on Fabric : Wynntils (Utility mod), ModMenu (Utility mod) and Bobby (Chunk rendering mod). Even tough I'm still looking where these issues are coming from, I encourage you, generous people of the Wynncraft Community, to help me resolve this problem. I would really appreciate your help, as my game freezes every 15 minutes and crash after 30 to 1 hour of gameplay.

As I said, that is almost impossible, as I tried on Vanilla and it worked fine. With 6 GB of RAM, it should be enough to handle Wynncraft and the mods I downloaded.

try updating Wynntils if you haven't yet
also allocate more RAM to minecraft. Bobby is very RAM intensive, and the problems you're describing make it sound like your MC is running out of RAM.

    AHA!
Utility mods be laggy without performance mods.
My computer did that when I downloaded Wynntils and a few immersion mods to play Wynn. I have since stopped playing with them and my Wynn runs fine...ish!
Or it could be what Earthbrine said.

    Quick edit:

I've removed Bobby from my mod folder and it seems to be working fine. That's too bad, as I love seeing the Wynncraft landscape, but at least I can now have excellent gameplay. What a relief it wasn't Wynntils ! I'll see if I can fix the FPS issue of bobby, and post an fix/solution (If I find one!) for players that may be experiencing the same issue.

Do you have Sodium installed? Try using Sodium with Bobby, I think you just need more performance mods. (Sodium, Starlight, Memory leak fix, etc.)

You can try the Distant Horizons mod, see if it runs better than Bobby. It renders farther chunks in lower detail, so it tends to be the more performant one of the two.
