Wynncraft Final Boss?

Is there a “final boss” to Wynncraft?

If there isn’t, then what would be a good end goal? It also shouldn’t be like super end game. I’m asking because I was thinking about doing a YouTube series on Wynncraft (but with a group and having a permadeath rule).

I’m also not very experienced (and neither is my group) so answer like this is r/ExplainItLikeImFive.

 

The "final boss" is actually a boss rush: it's called Legendary Island and it involves you fighting 9 extra-challenging versions of existing bosses, and then there's one final fight at the end.

Don't know if this would be considered super end game or not, so if you're looking for something else there's a quest called "The Qira Hive". It concludes with a boss fight, and you should probably to be level 95+ with a decent build to fight it. Said boss is one of the hardest foes outside of LI.

 

Most people would call "The Qira Hive" the final quest, since players generally complete it around level 100, it features the hardest boss outside of Legendary Island, and the gear rewards require level 100 to equip. That's a pretty good ending goal.

 

Of course, there is also the boss altar superboss, the orange wybel. It does have an upgraded form in Legendary Island that’s even more difficult and the second last boss there. But the orange wybel drops legendary weapons for every class, and it was the hardest thing by far before LI was added, so it’s one of the endgame goals.

Even with duping, cybel is trivial imo. Wybel is just dumb. You deal no damage and take a ton also the colour scheme makes it harder to see stuff imo

 

you only deal no damage if you’ve got a shit build or a fire/thunder weapon.

i like the colour scheme but it can be confusing i guess.

 

Basicly there are three "final" bosses:
- Qira at the end of Qira Hive
- The Orange Wybel at the boss altar
- Legendary island

I'd say that Legendary Island (LI) is the final fight, as it has the hard versions of many older bosses, and Doctor Legendary as one final battle.

 

Even if you have a thunder/fire weapon, you can still get through the defense assuming it has high penetration (for example, flameshot actually works wonders against it).

 

I love these ideas guys, but I feel like these wouldn’t be feasible with the permadeath rule I mentioned.

If I may elaborate on that, the rule basically says that each player has one life; if they die, they’re out for rest of the run. We’d be starting from scratch (so level 1).

I guess I could’ve worded that question better...

It's feasible, but depends on whether these players have experience with the game. If not, I'm going to say any sort of 1-life challenge is going to end badly.

 

Qira Hive was meant to be completed around level ~99, and so far is the closest thing we have to a "final boss", with the creator of LI saying that she couldn't be replicated mechanically and was the strongest being so far, even stronger than Dr. Legendary with his mech (he wasn't aware that you had defeated or were going to defeat Qira either, so).

Battle wise? Maybe LI. Lore wise? Qira's the strongest/hardest/final boss of the game so far.

 

Also, for your permadeath rule, hardcore mode will work just fine.
