wynncraft dialogue problem

    recently ive been doing a lot of quest but i realized whenever a chat dialogue pops up, my frames drops from 60 to around 1-2 frames and sometimes it even crashes my game.
    heres my mods if it matter:
    wynntils
    optifine
    phosphor
    betterfps
    pls help

    idk whats going on but imma just bump in hopes that someone much smarter than i can solve this
