Until Mantis is cleared, I'm sticking with my vote. At this point we have to start narrowing down people.

This is tunnel vision, @ElectroMantis . You are assuming that WithTheFish is scum, and saying he'd attack innocents if he was mafia.
But what if he is town? He attacked you because it looked suspicious, and it looked like a lie to me too. How is he supposed to know who the mafia is? It's not like he plays this on two other websites and got gud?

As we continued to search for the threat plaguing the city, clouds began to gather above our heads. Hour by hour, the sun’s light grew dimmer as it was shrouded by the ever-darkening clouds. Rain seemed inevitable.

We were hesitant on who to go after today. The idea of killing (Meric), a recent arrival, was debated, but the target was soon decided when a visitor to Detlas by the name of ElectroMantis stopped by.

“Don’t kill me please, I’m a villager merchant,” was all he said. At least, that was all that was intelligible.

The smile he wore was the unsettling kind. The kind that seemed to be crafted. As clouds continued to gather overhead and raindrops began to fall, WithTheFish, a bystander, was a second ahead of everyone in pointing out ElectroMantis’s strange expression. ElectroMantis’s response was to form his hands into the shape of a heart while his gaze remained.

It was soon decided that ElectroMantis was acting too suspicious to be left alone. We were halfway through our discussion over his life when he opened his mouth.

Thunder cracked the skies as ElectroMantis spoke his identity. Everyone found the way he said his identity to be familiar, but at the same time, it was...off. It was almost robotic. Even though we were convinced by his words, there was no denying that his fate was already sealed.

A bolt of lightning came from the skies before any actions could be made. It shot straight downward to the city and met its target: ElectroMantis. He made no reaction as he fell sideways onto the ground.

We were too stunned to make any more decisions no matter how hard we tried, so we resigned ourselves to another restless night.

The Knight (Innocent)
You are a prestigious knight from the Temple of the Legends. A veteran of Wynn’s wars, nobody doubts your power. You visited Detlas as part of your patrol route, and you were ready to continue the next morning when rumors of a mafia uprising began.

Your base health is 30 instead of 25.
You have a one-shot ability that allows you to identify a specified player to reveal random pieces of information about that player. It grows in power as time passes and more information is gathered. This ability cannot be blocked, distorted, or otherwise interfered with.
At any point in the game from day 8 onwards, you may message the host and be confirmed as innocent to a specified player, although it will only take effect at the end of the phase.
If you participate in the lynching of a non-innocent, you gain the empowered status effect for 2 phases.
