Wynn Excavation Site D Quest Problem Starting

All my 3 classes who have completed Wynn C, now have the red crystals. So yesterday, I presented the red crystal (given by SiteC last NPC) to King Carlos, and chat dialogue said I need to have gotten the yellow purple and red crystals. As I complete each quest, I'm left with one crystal needed to start the next Site quest. So I am at a loss as to why Carlos wont accept my red crystal. Am i missing a section? Did the update change the quest requirements? So after right clicking Carlos with the red crystal in hand, the quest book still says quest not start (for one class), and for the other two classes doing this the book says "quest started" but also says I need to present red crystal to Carlos…. Any advice ? ..thnx…

Edit: I meant to type in last sentence "also says I need to present all three color crystals to Carlos…"

 

I think the Crystals are broken with the new update, not sure though

 

I've never seen a mod ask a question before. Weird.


It could be something with the crystal, maybe? Try /fixquests?

It may just be broken.

 

You need all three colors for site D. You should be left with one of each color after completing A-C. Sites A and B give you two crystals, and C gives you one.

You need to talk to him with yellow purple and red crystal and if You dont have them all do /fixquests or Search in tour classes / bank

 

Do you have the quest item, and not the untradeable item?

 

Seems something must've went wrong. Due to all of the crazy bugs we were having with the crystals beforehand because of /fixquests we're just making it so that you only get one crystal from Site A and Site B and making Site D only require a red crystal. You know, the logical way. But something must've went wrong. It seems my text update didn't get pushed. Try it with only the Red Crystal from Site C and it should still work. Apologies for the issue, the text will be fixed next push, though I have no idea when that might be.
