how do i /give myself a wwybel head?

 

First of all, Wybel is spelt with one W. Are you talking about Wybel pets that follow you, or something else?

 

He can spell it however he wants

 

They're trying to find what the player names of the wybels are so they can /give @p minecraft:skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:*name*}

 

He is asking for the skull head not the command

 

This person likes to spell things with two Ws, to imitate a Homestuck character.

As for the actual thing being asked, I do have some information, though it doesn't completely answer your question. The Wybel skin may not necessarily be that of a player character. Take a look at http://heads.freshcoal.com as an example. You only have to have the skin momentarily to "save" it.
