Pick any of the two choices you are offered.

E.g:

- Would you rather be eaten by 10,000 spiders or squashed by a whale?
- Be squashed by a whale. Would you rather belly flop 450 metres into the ocean or Legos?
(and so on.)

I will start with:
Would you rather be the richest person in the world, but die one day later, or be poor but be able to be immortal?

Would you rather have to dab every time someone says "What" and you hear it, or experience agonizing pain every time someone says hello

Poop flavoured (btw this is a question I ask peeple irl ocasionaly but with icecream instead of chocolate)

Would you rather never be sick/ill but feel twice as much pain or be sick/ill twice as much but never feel pain?
