Archer/Hunter Would This Build Be Worth My Time

I made this level 63 build here, it seems pretty good imo. However I don't really know if I should grind these items out and how long the build stays viable for, or if there are any better replacements for these items.

Ectoplasm
Abysso Galoshes

Draoi Fair
Magical Loop
Tear of Pirate Cove
Dark Diadem

Clairvoyance (2x Water Powder V)

It's good, you dont need t5 powders, using cheaper t4 ones won't make much difference, and use durum's serenity for necklace. Also morph is always a good option.
