Would Like Help

Not too sure if this is the right place for this type of post.

I lost my account (can't access it, meaning I can't login to it), that isn't the problem. The problem is that all the work I've put into the server is just gone. So I was just wondering if I could have some of the items back? I am unsure if this can be resolved, helped, or even made better at all. But here are some of the things I'd like back, if possible.

I had a Clairvoyance, A Lvl 90 Legendary bow (forget name, had "Heaven" in the name of it), Nemract's Rage, I had 2 morph topaz, 2 morph gold, a morph ruby, Skin Piercer... And A few other things, but those other things aren't too important. I was also level 32.

If people could try to help, it'd mean the world.

Sadly, you can't have your items back.
The same thing happened to me, I lost 4 level 80ish classes; and getting to level 32 isn't that hard.

 

Sorry for being "that guy," but there is a no refund policy. :/ Also, level 32 shouldn't be that hard to get back to if you really wanted to.

 

The main point of this post is that I lost some of the items that I had, such as the clairvoyance, the bow with "Heaven" in name, morph ruby, the 2 morph topaz, Nemract's rage, and the Skin Piercer.

I spent a lot of time on the server, even though I was only level 32.
I find it pretty unreasonable that people can't get back items though they've lost them for reasons that are out of their hands.
I also believe that some staff can see if Hosenfeld has been played using my ip. I may be wrong, though.

 

Well you can buy them here once you have enough emeralds.

 

There is no legendary level 90 bow with the word heaven in it. The only level 90ish legendary bows are "return to ether" and "Gale's force" as far as I'm aware.

 

Sadly it isn't possible but the leve plan 90 bow I think you're referring to is return to ether and I have like 20 of those so if you want one.

Welp. You do know, in 3 weeks... i myself, as a level 40. Got 6 stacks of le? You can reget those items ez

 

BruBru, I am a "Skrub". So it takes me like.... at least 4 days to get 1le, usually like 1 week, though. >.<

Also.. Im sorry to say..
But i just dont get how you got a level 90 weapon.. If you were level 32..
Another thing is that your play time is only 16 hours..
Level 32 is not hard to get at all.. Some people can do it in a hour.. Some in a day.. Some in a week.. But its still about nothing..
You didnt lost anything, because belive me.. When you get higher in the levels you get better things.. More LE, good weapons, etc...

I sold "Seven-League Boots", Or something, with +30% Walk Speed, and the guy really wanted them, so I think he gave me A Clairvoyance, Return To Ether.... and.... Some other weapon. I think it was pretty good, though.

 

I also forgot, I also had a brown horse ;I

 

I checked the item guide, the only item in the game that contains 'Heaven' as part of the name is a wand called Heavenly Wisp (as the item guide says). And why did you accept such high level gear when you were only level 32? And if you want your items back, you could probably buy them for someone, or you need video evidence that you lost them.

 

I meant "Ether" In the name, sorry.

I accepted them because I didn't think I'd lose my account, so I thought I'd get to level 90, eventually. >.<

What I'd recommend doing is looking for your email. Than you can use "forgot my password" to relogging. If you have lost your account, Rip.
