Will Xp Carry Over When There Is A New Update?

I'm at lvl 100, working to get to 101 and its taking a buttload of time.
Im wonderin, if theres a new update, and a new level cap (say lvl 150), will the extra xp from 100-101 carry over? Like for example, would that xp let you jump to lvl 115 maybe?

I would assume so, but so far this was never experienced in wynncraft because there was never an "easter egg" level that took so much experience. Anyway, if you did hit 101, you'd probably only go up 5-6 levels.

It would work like that. However, the chances that the level cap will be increased are slim. I believe the staff have talked about not increasing the level cap. I'm probably wrong though.

 

Does that mean Surra will instantly be like 110 on his highest class?
