Will this mod get me in trouble?

The mod in question is Better Swimming.

Today I picked up Wynntils, and learned very quickly that I could no longer swim like when I was playing on the latest release.

Clearly, Wynncraft has some weird plugin-fueled universal Minecraft version. The mod itself only adds in swimming as a movement option, which is already default if I'm not using Wynntils.

By playing on an allowed version of Minecraft, I gain the ability to swim. Because of this, would Better Swimming for 1.12.2 be considered a gameplay advantage, or just backporting something that's already an option?

In the same vein, would hypothetically updating Wynntils to 1.13+ be a gameplay advantage, due to it also allowing me to swim?

There was another thread about this same question in 2020, but the answers given were very vague, and most of them said that the server wouldn't recognize you as being 1 block tall while swimming. This however, is clearly not the case anymore as you can squeeze into the walls in the Underwater quest.

Thoughts are appreciated, but the word of a somebody with actual power in the server is what I'm hoping to get.

I already use 1.13 and I haven't gotten banned or anything
Being able to swim doesn't make that much of a difference anyway, there are boats that you can use in addition to fast travel, and even just swimming across the ocean it's much faster if you repeatedly teleport enough thwt it doesn't make a significant difference
