Will +Attack Speed ID improve spell damage?

If so, how does it work?

 

The "base" attack speed does work on spell,such as "super fast attack speed"
With the same base melee damage,no spell damage% and main attack% affects, the faster you attack the more spell dmg you do because spells are based on the "dps",I kinda forgot how much attack speel affects spell damage.
But it does not work on a tstack build since the attack speed is from armor or something instead of weapon itself,such as "+6 tier attack speed"
So you have never seen a "tstack spell" right.

Look at the difference in spell damage.
It just looks at dps, even if the attack speed is affected by armor or accessories.

Edit: I'm stupid and somehow even after checking it multiple times didn't catch the fact that they were the same...

As an interesting piece of trivia, there actually was a glitch that caused +tier to affect spells instead of melee speed, which lead to some absurdly broken builds. However, this was patched and it now only affects melee speed.
