Why the public API got cloudflare bot protect?

Why you guys set cloudflare bot protect on the public api.
My program written with python httpx can only get a 403 response when it tries to access the api.
Testing it using curl is also impossible cause cloudflare will return a bot protext page that askes you to prove that you are a HUMAN!

These are APIs and their purpose is to be accessed by machine/bot programs but not HUMANS.

Is there anyway to pass through the bot protect and get access to these APIs?

Ok. I tested it on my other server which is located in HongKong. Seemed the protection is only for China Mainland.
I want to setup my bot in the server in China Mainland, is there any solutions?

Problem solved by written a simple cloudflare worker.
