This is due the big ol nerf Acolyte received a few patches ago. Essentially each additional Totem reduces the total heal amount of Blood Aura by x%. So Triple Totem will result in net health loss because you're spending more Blood Pool and getting a lower Heal as a result.

For specifics: Sac Shrine w/ Rebound will use 15% Blood Pool and heal the user for 15% of their Max Health per Aura wave.

Double Totem reduces that heal by -5% per Aura wave (so each Aura wave heals 10% instead of 15%) so you spend 30% Blood Pool to get a 40% Heal. Still a net positive heal, but it's gonna get completely negated unless you have Fluid Healing since Sac Shrine will still drain health during your Aura cast (and Aura takes about 2 seconds with Rebound)

Triple Totem reduces heal by a futher -3% per Aura wave (so each wave heals 7% instead of 10%) so you spend 45% Blood Pool for a 42% Heal. Now you're receiving a net negative heal, and unless you're an Abso user this can't really be negated (Acolyte works fine with Double Totem tho)

...I think my math is right (it's 3am so someone plz correct me if I did something horribly wrong). EITHER WAY, whether my math is right or wrong, TLDR: More Totems = less Aura Heal so don't use Triple Totem
