Why Negative Ids Have No Stars?

    Probably because the stars indicate how good an ID is, and a negative ID isn't very good at all.

    negative IDs can be good or bad too (in the sense that they can be closer to the best value possible for them or not)

    anyway I understand your point of view, there's no identification that is "good" to have it negative...
