Why Isn't My Rank On The Forums/discord Server Updating?

    I recently bought HERO a bit before the sale ended. I have tried updating my role on the discord and the forums, mainly the discord using the External Accounts tab and associating my discord account. I've done it like 12 times and it has not worked and it still shows I have VIP, which was the rank I bought previously. I cannot update my role anywhere and I want to. Can somebody help?

    My hero rank has yet to show also. you could try emailing wynncraft support though.
