Why is weathered so high in price?

The only thing that I know weathered is used for is acrobat (outside of shadestepper), but all builds I could find were just worse than the nirvana build I use (here) invluding tomes. Ik weathered can be better for lootrunning because of how spell % works, but imo it's not a good enough reason to be 4x as expensive as nirvana. Is there a reason it is over 400k rn?

It’s also spiking because that’s how supply and demand works (mostly)
