Why is Timelost Sanctum broken?

Within the timelost sanctum "courtyard", enemies do not spawn at all, rendering the entire dungeon impossible and wasting a key

 

On the official fandom wiki, it doesn't mention "Disrupted Elemental" in any Courtyard segment.

 

If you do the courtyard challenge 4th its broken, but as long as you do it earlier the dungeon is completable.
The bug is known by QA and should be fixed next patch.

 

Seems to be something similar with Galleons Graveyard, in the Sea Creatures/Megaladon room, where the enemies simply don't spawn. They spawn normally in the story mode version of the dungeon however, so if you want to be able to complete it as of now, you have to do the story version.
