SPOILER Why Is Pandemonium Such A Trash Bracelet? -my Opinion-

So i've been wondering, why is Pandemonium such a trash bracelet? I mean -200 defense in every element along with roughly -1200 health and - life steal (You lose health for using it). It also requires 45 in every stat along with ??? quest! To rant on even more, it's a level 99 legendary Bracelet. My hopes and dreams were crushed when I got it. So could anyone explain any upside to the bracelet?

Well 1. That image you posted doesn't seem to work 2. I found one awhile back and gave it to someone who I figured would get more use out of it (they've finished ??? by now) and we assumed it would be used later for something pertaining to ??? or the like. Granted I've also heard you shouldn't have to give up legendary items or the like but you kind of do that in lost soles and this is a pretty worthless bracelet. I think it falls somewhere between 'object of unlimited power and capability' and 'red herring trash item'.

This is a discussion on why the bracelet for a legendary isn't the best. The reason why im ranting is because it's such a high legend. I never said I was going to use it.

Nah. the jester set is a lot better for pure, idk about melee

 

The dec says "Power.. but at what cost?" and I'm here thinking: What power? the item itself is useless

 

I want to see HIS pandemonium. I hate the item guide it's unreliable. Also, I want to see if it has powder slots

 

obviously melee damage is amazing amirite such power

especially for archers

 

Some weapons have quest requirements even without getting them as the quest reward. For example: Canyon Spirit has the quest requirement of The Lost, yet you can find it in any loot chest and such.
