    I understand that it is a legendary chestplate from a low level quest, but I see no reason why it should be untradable. It is a bother to go to level 36 again for the chance of +2 tier on this chestplate, and is pointless. Other legendaries such as Sodeta Boots from a quest are incredibly useful and are yet still trade able. I believe I'm biased, but I see no problem with this chestplate being tradable.

    Welp I tried 5 classes and it failed everytime :( you have 30% chance to get tier 2 though so ima just keep trying lolmao
