Why Is It Better To Have Powder Specials With - Att Speed

Idk, wouldn't it be better to have more att speed for faster charging of the special?

 

Idk if I'm right, but lower atk speed charges it more. Fast attack speeds charge it a little, but fast, but -atk speeds charge it more, but slower. That means you can charge in less hits.

 

also in the case of quake/CL, slower attack speed increases chance of activating steals

 

also if you use a spell build you wont have to spend as much time melee hitting

 

As attack speed tier gets lower, the higher percentage each hit adds to your powder special charges
However, all attack speeds essentially have the same amount of powder special procs per x seconds, with faster attack speeds having slightly more

Having a lower attack speed just lets you not have to melee as much between procs, allowing for more spell dps
