Why Is Everything So Laggy For Me?

Nobody else seems to have the same problem, whenever I join a server or lobby I'm constantly stuck and sometimes compass and stuff doesn't even work, with servers picking a class just gets me stuck in-game with huge amounts of lag. Switching servers and lobbies does nothing to help the problem. Is it just me?

To give an example.. the server is so laggy for me, that I had more than enough time to do all of this


Whenever I try to join a server, this is all that happens...
