Despite what many said

nobody unironically like Lari

It just some odd occurrence of people gaslighting themselves into thinking certain group of people exist just so they can just keep shitting on them despite the fact the said group never exist or large enough to even worth talking about.

For Ava, she simply just decent character in wynncraft. She just does not has that much competition until Lootrun update.

They don't, not really. People like to draw fan art of them because they're fun, memorable characters with great (visual) design. The people who are genuinely obsessed with them are few and far between, and they've got their own issues to sort out.

If you ask me, ridiculing these "simps" can easily become a gateway to misogyny. People justify it because "they're bad characters so who would simp for them," which opens the door to scrutinizing those characters, but the only arguments that are accepted are the ones that say they're bad characters because otherwise "the simps have a point." So everyone who defends those characters is automatically labeled a simp. It's backwards logic applied to a perceived majority. Male characters are given much more leeway than female characters, and ours is not the only community that has this problem

Conceptually she is fine, wynncraft community just have this problem with understand writing and they just believe conceptually she is bad conceptually even though she literally needed for ROL story to progress.

 

Also elf is elf, human is human
elf is not remotely human or anything they are entirely different than us
that the whole point of them being different species

she literally been identified as an elf multiple time

and yes she is needed for ROL story to progress as she use as a wheel to progress the story and being the cause of why the quest happening in the first place
her role in the story is important and removing her would require rewrite of the story.
