    Um, actually, that part of the sentence is french and "C'est beau, non?" means "it is a beautiful non" (the "a" is in the comma. Y'all know how the french are with letters and reading signs). For, you see, in the lore chef Hamsey is married to their work and in extension their kitchen and this line is here to show that despite the kitchen not being perfect (being a non), Hamsey still loves their kitchen and considers it beautiful. Truly inspiring to see a mixed relationship like that work out.

    To be fair it's understandable that you misinterpreted it. After all, you need a very high iq to understand Recipe for Disaster. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of cuisineology most of the jokes will go over a typical player's head.
