It actually has 4 parkours, each varying in difficulty. The easiest one is the one with the wood collapsing, because it's quite easy to skip with movement spells, another has a mirror where you do the same parkour you just did but reversed, the tower parkour (which is the one I'm assuming you're talking about), and yeah that one's the hardest imo because even with vertical mobility spells it can be challenging, and the ladder parkour, which is the longest assuming you don't fail a lot on the tower parkour.

The same applies to the combat rooms. There are 4 combat rooms, one being the "noobis" room (Jackals spawn and there are turrets in the walls firing at you, which are unkillable), and the spawnrate is abysmally low for this one making it the most cancer, one that has mobs surprise you from the ceiling, but have a superbly high spawnrate and are the easiest to kill despite needing 30 tokens, another standard ish grind room where sand monsters split into two baby sand monsters upon being killed (only the ones that split drop tokens), and the survive room, where you need to survive waves of mobs until the final mini boss shows up (she's ranged, iirc).

But to answer your question if you don't like walls of text, there is no way to get the easy one(s) every time you do the dungeon. You will get a random combination of one combat room and one parkour room each run regardless of what you do. Even if you are in a party, each player will get randomly tped to a room, although there is still a chance you will get the same room as your fellow party member of course.
