uhh you do realize you have to kill things right? tank alone has/will never work alone. I don't know any world where 4/4 steal, 3/4 regen and 60 int makes a proper hybrid build.

 

Not actually full tank anyway, and focused on damage at least.
It would be slower than other spam spell build, but I think.. you can't say damage is just low.

btw my air archer has 6k bomb but able to no pot LI

An old friend of mine used to say there are three parts to a build, damage, survivability and skill points (and for spell builds mana, but it was more of a generalization of all builds) anyways, the damage here is high, and it's a tanky build kinda, but the mana sustain isn't good enough for consistent damage and probably won't be able to kill much, which a build can be as tanky as all hell, but if you can't kill anything it's useless.

 

I hope you are not expecting war build from it
War might always need high damage and firepower to do it in time, but for normal PvE/PvE, that's enough damage.

And here's spell spam you wanted, but what if it's 1~2k spin damage
Mana spam but weak damage, and slower mana but higher damage.
I mean, they are both usable.
(Unless you are trying to overcome mob defenses)
