Why Am I Not Receiving Monthly Gift?

    On FOUR alts. Yes, that's right. 4. I tried getting my monthly crate on all of them, and only a fifth one worked. I don't know why. I tried a lot. Any ideas? (Yes, the username was entered correctly.)

    Are you sure you waited 1 day in between each of the transactions? The website prevents people from spamming other peoples' accounts by only allowing to claim one free crate per day. Also, in case you've claimed them before, you'll need to wait a full month to claim the next ones, instead of waiting the current month out.
