Who's That Mod? - Minigame

Since my other thread was half-ass, I decided to make a new thread, compensating for the last one. So, I thought of a minigame called Who's That Mod?
Here are the rules:
-Choose your desired level of difficulty
-I will have pictures of either the mod, or chat. I will be giving out an answer box, so it isn't as difficult. Just keep in mind, no 2 mods will repeat in any pictures. I am going to leave some hints inside the pictures, or giving a hint in general, so this doesn't seem very impossible.
-Write down in the comment box the mod you think it is. The correct format is to type the level,mod's name. (In this order). So for instance, if you wanted to guess an intermediate level picture, and the mod was Igbar, and the question number was #2, you would say: Intermediate;Igbar.

Hint: There are 2 people you need to identify. One is pretty obvious.

This isn't a competition, this is just something that you could just look at and think about. Some of them will be pretty obvious, since mods are pretty well known. P.S. You would be able to figure out if you are correct, if I like your comment. Copying other people will be unacceptable. The first people who answer correctly will be stated in the thread,(If you want to) In order to avoid repeating answers. Also, the difficulty of the level probably might not be correct, so keep that in mind.

Seb is a youtuber. Unless I mixed up my mods. His videos have been quite useful and/or entertaining at times. I have heard of the other one but know nothin about him or her.

 

Gannys just a mod on Wynn he doesn't really do much but ban and stuffs like that and then his free time he'll be with me a lot lol
