Who Updates The Wynnapps?

I didn't ask who made that...
Somehow, they stopped working on it..

 

The people who made Wynnapps updates it.
Wynnapps is not run by Wynncraft it self just to be clear

 

I'm not completely sure on what you're asking, so here's a few answers.
Wynnapps was created by @! 3 ! (which you evidently know), and any new features on the site are created by the same person.
The items and statistics on the site are updated constantly using the Wynncraft API, found at https://api.wynncraft.com/ (List of API functions: https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/wynncraft-public-api.127085/).

 

As far as I know sya stopped working on it and it gets auto updated.
